Here is what we did yesterday…
Day #4 - Monday March 4, 2013
Wake 9:35am

Weigh myself – 80.9k

Drink ½ Glass Apple Juice 9:50am

Eat 2 scrambled eggs with green peppers & 1 sausage

link, 2 pieces of white toast WITH BUTTER. 10:20am

Eat a Bologna & Cheese Sandwich. 1:05pm

Eat one slice of “JETS” Pizza!! 3:30pm

50 Sit-Ups

30 Push-Ups 4:00pm

Run 2 miles 4:15pm

Cup of Coffee (with milk NO SUGAR) 5:15pm

Eat a medium sized Salad (Lettuce, a few Tomatoes &

Cucumbers, with French Dressing). 8:00pm

50 More Sit-Ups

30 More Push-Ups 8:30pm

Bed 11:30pm.

My name is Nigel Holland. I am 49 years old. So many people that I know that are in their 40’s and 50’s are acting so OLD! I’m not OLD. I don’t want feel OLD, I don’t want to look OLD.

I have one month until my 50th birthday, and I want to get in shape by then.

If I eat right, exercise, DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL, and sleep right, it should work.

Every day I am going to check in with you and keep you updated with my progress.

Hopefully when I am done, I can give the world a “ONE MONTH WORKOUT FOR OLD GUYS THAT DON’T WANT TO LOOK OLD”.
