Nigel Gets Fit #2

Here’s what we did yesterday…
Day #1 Friday March 1, 2013

Drink Cup of Coffee (with milk, NO SUGAR) 8:45am

RUN 2 miles 11:15am

Drink one glass of Grapefruit Juice. 12:00noon

Eat 3 scrambled eggs with some green peppers and slice hot dogs (Peace thought they were sausages – they were actually pretty good!) one glass of Orange Juice.  1:45pm

Drink one Red Bull.  7:07pm

Drink Cup of coffee.  7:40pm

Eat Egg Noodles & Beef  8:10pm 

Bench Press 10:15pm

3 Sets of 10 Reps each – 155lbs

Bed 11:45pm.

My name is Nigel Holland. I am 49 years old. So many people that I know that are in their 40’s and 50’s are acting so OLD! I’m not OLD. I don’t want feel OLD, I don’t want to look OLD.

I have one month until my 50th birthday, and I want to get in shape by then.

If I eat right, exercise, DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL, and sleep right, it should work.

Every day I am going to check in with you and keep you updated with my progress.

Hopefully when I am done, I can give the world a “ONE MONTH WORKOUT FOR OLD GUYS THAT DON’T WANT TO LOOK OLD”.
